Report of the PTF
We has worked when in groups. I was worked with Lance og Ali witch comes of the D Class.
On the first day of the PTF our class began to work with disassembly a engine block of.
We started to work first with the dismantling of the initial section of the engine block witch we worked on. As the first we unscrew the tensioning wheels (Stramme hjul). Next, also firstly: crankshaft wheel (Veivaksel hjul), Cover to timing belt (Deksel til registerreim), Top cover (Toppdeksel), spark plugs wires (Tennplugger ledninger) and rest of the cables and wires.
Next steps.
Dismantling of: Intake manifold (Innsugsmanifold), exhaust manifold (Eksosmanifold) both of parts have a seals/ packning. Bracket has been removed/ unscrewed together with a sparkplugs (Tennplugger) and crankshaft sensor (Veivakselsensor).
Now we can begin to dismantling of the timing belt. First we need loosen a tensor to be timing belt loosen, then we can take off easily the timing belt off the cogwhells. Then we unscrew the water pump, later unscrew we need the two Camshaft (Kamaksel) cerafully to don't damage any parts such as for exemple screws. Once we remowed the two Camshaft, then we begin to removed a Cylinder head (Topplokk) with a Cylinder head gasket (Topplokk pakning). That was a little diffiucult to remowe this parts. We had to be very careful to not bolt ripped off.
Next part come to be removed. The was a oil sump, oil pump and oil pump cover. They were not difficult to be romeved, they has been unscrew fast.
Next step- remove pistons etc.
In this last step off disassembly a engine block of, we unscrew a pistons with conrods of engine block, radelgger and vevlager (I don't know how these parts may be calles on Norwegian), crankshaft(veivaksel), servo pump and at the end, we has unscrew the engine block of the tripod (motor stativ).
We were finished with a disassembly a engine block of.
